Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in making TEDxNU come to life. If you truly understand what it takes to put on a professional event, this is the role for you with a front seat to many aspects of the event. This role directly works with the logistics side of the organization. This includes developing an accurate schedule for the flagship event as well as aiding the Director in managing the timeline for the year. This role handles all forms, sheets, and data within the organization and Google Drive. Managing the attendance, onboarding, offboarding, applications, etcs. are all duties for the Logisitics Coordinator. During the event, this coordinator directs the flow of event, including registrations, set up, and clean up and ensures that everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to teammate for all weekly logistics (room bookings, timelines, coordination, physical assets, etc.)
- Assist management of the organization's Google Drive
- Supervise day-of event logistics including registration, the schedule, and AV needs
- Handle attendance, onboarding, offboarding, team applications, and all other data that needs to be processed and collected
Requirements
- Self-sufficient and driven
- Past experience managing complex processes with several moving parts is a plus
- Organized & resourceful
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding and experience with Google Suite is necessary
- Passion for creating a successful event and contributing to a meaningful community
